Navionics IMHO 
In Response To: The cheapest and quickest ()
Is a way to play with navigation. Not a way to navigate. All sorts of errors in charting in the SW carib. If you want to arm chair cruise and throw some money Navionics way then do it. If you want to Navigate stay on the Laptop with Open CPN.
