I will not use Navionics because I go to the Bahamas, and they're worthless there. When I had to change chart plotters, I went with Garmin. They have Explorer data for the Bahamas. I think your complaint should be more with the device you are using. If it only works with Navionics like Raymarine, then they should get your complaint. Granted, Navionics has an inferior product (in my opinion based on where I cruise), but a plotter/program that allows for other data sources for your area is the best choice. I made my "vote count", I didn't buy a product that uses Navionics charts. If we want to show how we will not tolerate poor products, we do so by not buying those products.

I "hear" that Navionics is very good for the US, but then who isn't?
