I forgot about hot water. But we too will heat it on the stove and use a garden sprayer, at least we used to when aboard for more than a few weeks.

If you can get all your power from solar except during cloudy periods, you're in a good position for the long term cruising you've planned ahead. Most boats I see here on the coast of Maine can't go long without running the engine or a generator, even with some solar charging. But these boats are rarely long haul cruisers more seasonal.
