That App is a good one. You went to

a central dispatching office, who then routed the information to the nearest local Boat/US contractor. I learned a lot at this little talk. SeaTow for instance are independently owned franchises. Which means if the local SeaTow has 1000 customers, it gets the fees from 1000 customers and remits a small percentage to the overriding organization. The do not get paid one dollar more in making a tow from a customer. Boat/US are independent contractors. They get paid for each individual service they render from Boat/US and agree to accept that payment in full satisfaction.
