In Response To: nothing to recycle ()
Never mind the environmental argument(it's a loser), it's that people are changing. People enjoying the sea and wild places in general are uncomfortable practicing dumping at sea and in fact a new generation is finding it repugnant. I'm sure it still continues, but the times are a changing.
It certainly won't work along most coastal areas and could get you in trouble with the law.
