Another bbq question?

Alas, after 10 years of stellar service our beloved Parker bbq is failing. Parker is now out of business or I would simply purchase the parts I need to repair the unit. I do not like the idea of making or adapting parts for a propane system so we are now shopping.

After looking carefully at the field of available brands and models I am leaning toward a couple of Dickenson Sea B Que models. First the round 7000 btu unit is interesting and their top of the line Spitfire 180 seems nice.
I am concerned about the 7000 burner being enough though.

I have essentially eliminated the Kuuma brand from the running and although Practical Sailor seems to like the Magma line I have read too many complaints about the product to want to try them.

The other brand I flirted with was Solaire, a California company that makes an interesting infra red grill. The two models were sadly eliminated from my list due to their inability to stay lit in any kind of wind (company admitted as much on the phone). We have a Tec Cherokee that we use when camping that is very nice but it is simply too large for our boat.
I really like cooking on a small infra red grill.

Are we missing anything here? Anyone use the Dickenson grills?

Thanks,
Bruce
