The huge image is so you can see the detail a bit better.
This barbie gets its propane from the boat's supply. We've used it for about 11 years so far. The burners will probably need to be replaced in the next few years. The sparkers are cruddy but mostly working.
There are a couple features we like especially well:
1. There are two SS clamps that stay on the rail full time. They don't present any sharp edges when the grill is stowed below. Two spring loaded pins lock the grill in place when it is mounted. Very secure.
2. With the lid down, the grill manages quite well in a strong breeze. Previous grills have been too wimpy for windy conditions.
The grill was spendy but has stood up quite well. I call that a good value. Limited availability of the grills and parts in the US. Last time I checked, Boat Electric in Seattle is the US distributor.
The prep surface next to the grill ought to have a fiddle, but hey, it's a solar panel!
