() Navy let me spend one year in Iceland- thought I was gonna die!!! Refueling an aircraft, sitting out on the wing, in 10, 15 below and 60 mph winds will convince you 80-90 degrees ain't bad 
I could work comfortably in my shop up to 100 degrees, IF (big if) I had a breeze. With no breeze, it's just silly. But a fan does the job. I'm sitting at this keyboard in my living room. It's 90 in here,, but there's a great breeze blowing through the house. Quite comfortable.
Yes, you get acclimated to it.
