I know that I would never be able to afford to come back if I left... heck, I couldn't even afford my house now if I sold it and bought it back.... such is the real estate situation here. On the plus side, everything increases in value... on the minus side, everything is expensive.

That home equity however is probably part of my retirement, so likely some day I will move... and miss it.

In the mean time, I owe I owe, so off to work I go.
