I've called Lowrance tech support twice on a Satellite phone, and been told I was #24 and #26 on the call waiting list. So I sent my question by their online form and have yet to get a reply other than the automated 'we've received your request.' That was two days ago. When I bought my unit a few years ago, tech support was great. I wonder what's going on now?
It seems I ought to follow Larry's lead on the B&G, and that will tell me whether the Airmar transducer or the HDS7 is causing the depth problem.
