You make it out that because you have great private health care insurance that is willing to spend the $175k on your treatment, that health reform in the US is not needed. What about all the folks who do not have great health insurance? Insurance that tries to beat back every expensive treatment and limits what the treatment is and where it can be performed. That is the more common insurance in the US. And oh, there also those without insurance, even those that can't afford it.
