() Does that give the the right over someone anchoring near one? If there is no boat on the mooring and you anchor where when someone puts a boat on the mooring won't they be the burdened vessel?
IMHO moorings are ruining many a good cruising areas.
There are even moorings showing up in the Kuna Yala now!
