Take a look at my web page ( http://www.svguenevere.com/prep/proj/freezer/ ) for building in our reefer, you can see it. It is a "super insulation" that a number of companies were selling back in 03 and 04. It has worked out well, but is getting old now. It was a plastic coated filler with a vacuum.

I went directly to the company that makes it and was able to have the panels custom made for me. BUT, I understand that is no longer an option. And the cost for the stainless steel super insulation is just sky high $$!!

The stuff they use in the Engel I have works almost as well.
