As all it takes to get a 65 footer is cash... I have seen some quite skilled boat operators on small craft.
I always admired the dock help at the charter club where I first learned to sail... those guys would just jump on a boat, roll out the sails and pull the boat into a slip easier than other folks would do with a motor.
