I met a guy that built a Chris White catamaran in his barn in Northern California. He and his wife were sailing around the world on it. Fiberglass 45 feet and beautiful. I asked him about making the hulls,,,, yup, laid it up myself he said. That has to be as satisfying as it gets. To build your own boat and sail it around the world.

I have great admiration for that.
