Sounds pretty successful. There is a small housing development here I haven't seen, but it's been selling out. Also the old Knox mill is being turned into smaller housing. The theme is lower cost across the board with these projects but there is some movement in housing design exploring much smaller spaces these days. Not just for economics, but for some new life style/living ideas. These ideas are about living with less in general.
Call me old fashioned, but I like to rattle around in my big old house between kids on college breaks. They'll be baaaack....
