In a word, no. If there is an access port I can't see it and I don't know how anyone could get to it.
I'm hoping that I can find the source of the flukey fuel gauge readings without replacing the sending unit becuase I don't know how that would happen without breaking out the hole saws.
I hope that I NEVER have to replace the electric bilge pump either. I can touch it with my boat pole but can't imagine how you could get to it sitting there at the bottom of the keep sump.
