long night watching the backfilling of transformers under vacuum. I'm suggesting that the gallon jug of fuel idea should work for a season layup to prevent water buildup if someone couldn't or didn't want to remove the fuel. The use of a biocide is another matter and it would seem like a good idea. I have always done so.
