what I was thinking was not the tank
An access port in the cockpit sole.
IF I can get down into the cockpit locker and IF I can get my hand and/or a flashlight look on the tank top, I can get a better idea of what I have to work with. Then I have to deal with getting out of that cockpit locker.....sigh
Craig does not use his hole saws on fuel tanks.

- That's my understanding: water comes from condensation, condensation comes from "breathing".
