I would even take the 9.5 foot AB RIB out to row around for exercise as it rowed pretty darn good. If an inflatable doesn't row well enough to be easily used without an engine it's a poorly designed boat.

Saying all that, we wanted to get a nice traditional sailing tender to put on our davits as the inflatable looked dimb hanging off the back of the boat. Something classic looking would have been better but who wants to carry around 3 boats. (inflatible, hard sailing dingy and a 12 foot kayak)
