Display it on the smallest lowest resolution display you have and tell me if you missed that reef.
I understand the theoretical point of paper having "higher" resolution, but in practice there isn't enough significant difference to be meaningful in almost all cases.
Nobody prints out photos anymore, and my computer and tablet resolutions are so high that I cannot see individual pixels with a magnifying glass. I can't even imagine what could be missed viewing raster charts on my tablet.
Anyway, the idea that Vestas could have had another possible excuse if they were looking at raster charts on a computer is bogus in this case - go ahead and look at that entire ocean on your phone...
