And it was a complete cure of an injury. A good friend also with the same results. Today the same procedure is likely even less invasive(I walked, slowly, hours after the surgery). I don't believe I could have achieved the same result through other therapy(I tried physical therapy).

However, when I don't get reasonable exercise-thruogh my work, walking etc, I can easily pull/injure my back muscles-but that is not the same condition I suffered(excruciating pain) as a result of the injury years ago. It's treatable with simple therapy which also prevents the problems.

I know people that suffer endlessly with back problems. I'm one of the lucky ones. Hopefully Craigs wife will be as fortunate.
