No more than 5-10 degrees heel, neutral helm, very easy to sail single-handed. Electric halyard and sheet winches, with double-purchase sheets and main halyard, full-batten main on ball-bearing tracks with lazyjacks, electric genoa furling. But it does help to have crew when picking up a mooring or tying up to a windward dock.
Where I have an issue with my boat is in cleaning and maintenance. You've got acres of deck. I have less deck, but almost 240 feet of linear topsides. (3 hulls x 39 feet x 2 sides per hull). Fortunately I don't have a lot of freeboard, but 3M's stock ticks upward a little every time I blue-tape my waterline.
