And we are not THAT old. But we have a catamaran that doesn't heel, has an electric winch, self-tacking jib, lazy jacks and sailbag (even lazy jacks on the hank-on jib!), autopilot, electric windlass w/remote, etc.

Extremely easy to sail, as well as raise, lower and reef the sails. All lines lead back to the electric winch and one person can do absolutely everything without leaving the comfy helm seat.

But we don't consider the above to having one foot in a cabin cruiser!

The Nonsuch is on my short list of all-time favorite boats. I love the concept and have never seen a Mark Ellis design I could stop looking at.
