Jud ... Roz is an exception to the rule ...

... a HUGE exception and IMHO ... anyone that needs to row across oceans to get real life experiences ... well thats just F'n nuts (BS) ... its not like she's ever going to run into people or even experience other cultures rowing across large expanses of water ... unlike sailing where we sail into remote ports and anchorages ... engage other cultures directly, speak to the people, shop where they shop, etc... its just Roz, the fish and perhaps the next large tanker that gets here out of harms way ...

... every woman I have ever known NESTS ... every last single one of them ... I'm not saying its a bad thing ... it just IS.

I have accepted it, its not really my thing ... anymore (did design build for many years - built many houses for myself and others .. I'm an Architect by profession - more of a code consultant these days - I describe myself as a skier with a sailing and MC problem:) regardless houses are over-rated IMHO ... as in how much time do you really spend in it that your not sleeping? (and I'm not referring those raising children where this equation changes) ... yes I have a house (2 in fact) and a boat ... but that's beside the point (I'd sell one in a flash if and when the economy ever picks up) ... but I love my significant other so for her we'll be keeping one house ... if I had my way ... it'd be a bigger boat and who cares about a permanently attached cage ...

Ok I digress ... my point was that I just have never meet a "reasonable" woman over 29 that didn't have HUGE nesting instincts!

My main point: Keep your house if you want to keep your wife.
