It's interesting that there's isn't even the slightest suggestion on your part that such a grotesquely UNJUSTIFIED return is perhaps a BAD thing in the overall scheme of things. That perhaps such a return is what turns house ownership into a speculative sport that inevitably becomes unsustainable and destructive as, indeed, we have just seen in the US?
I only hear the greed talking here. Seems the whole spectrum of society from bankers and CEO's to ordinary folks is infected with the mania for unearned, easy money these days. Not a good sign.
