The caption I guess says it all, but yes we sold. some reasoning. We could break even - it was spring 2003 so we lost some upswing. We had lived there four years together (admiral and I) but she never

really felt it hers since I owned it when we married. We didn't feel we wanted to move back there. that still holds. We didn't want the rental hassles. We also sold all belongings since we didn't want to store stuff

and pay storage fees.

in hindsight, I think we made the right decision for us. your mileage may vary.
