A 570 foot large barge that broke free from a tugboat as the remnants of Tropical Storm Ida moved through the area is grounded in the Sandbridge area of Virginia Beach, Va., Friday, Nov. 13, 2009. The area has been hit by remnants of tropical storm Ida.
