As I expected there is a lot of good advice offered. I was pretty sure I wouldn't be the only one that has to balance my sailing obsession with keeping my crew happy and loyal! Thanks to all. BTW, I did try to respond last night from work but I couldn't log on. I'm sure thats my limitation not the systems... Cheers, David
