I like Stamoid too

I have a hard dodger that uses stamoid for the material that surrounds the windows, and also for the cover. The windows are sheet lexan, so don't bend well enough to fit the curves without cloth inserts. There have been no problems with the stamoid at all. The cover was just replaced after 10 years (I chose stamoid over sunbrella again), mostly because of chafe on the fiberglass and metal dodger protrusions, not deterioration of the fabric. Stamoid is vinyl coated polyester, available coated on either one or both sides, and is absolutely waterproof. That can also be a disadvantage if you try to use it where there is no air circulation, since it does not breathe like sunbrella.
