Finest Kind where I store my boat does have a new indoor shed, but it may be full already. I'd check out some of the names discussed in February (or maybe others here can comment) about which ones have indoor storage, don't charge an arm and a leg, and let you do your own work.

Finest Kind is at the link below. They have a really cool web-cam you can pan, tilt and zoom but it seems to be out of commission at the moment. My boat is the one right in front and slightly to the right
