Actually you may be surprised at how much bend Lexan will take -- of coarse it takes a rigid frame to hold it at extreme bend. I replaced my Lexan windshield last Spring and suspect I could have gone quite a bit further than this, though it took 3 sets of hands plus band clamps to hold it in place until it was secured. It has quite a bit of elasticity, which is one advantage of Lexan over Acrylic (which must be heated on a form to take a bend).
