This also has a push button back stay adjuster! I don't know the age. These days, everybody is talking retro fitting for old age in my field, housing, so it's not surprising to see the same trends in sailing. Sign of the times. You'll be there before you know it.

But I think this new sail handling stuff is being marketed more broadly. I'm seeing it on quite a few boats and people here(forums), are talking about it before it's an age related requirement. I suppose it's like self tailing winches. You don't have to have them, but if you can afford them, you're a likely customer. If you can't, some will grumble about them,....

I see the shrinking propulsion requirements with the added power generations required of these new boats, ironic. Strange times.

Have you seen the new Morris DS, gone cruiser,....sort of? I knew that would happen.
