I confess we're hardly a bastion of energy conservation; however, FYI when we're under sail either not simply playing around in familiar local waters in "nice" conditions, we have running:
B&G Hydra Instruments with 12 displays scatter around
B&G Hydra Pilot driving a Hynautic Ram
110 V dedicated inverter powering
1 Dell Small footprint CPU - Optiplex
12" flatscreen display
Wireless Bridge (turned-off when really "offshore")
We run Nobeltec with AIS overlay.

AIS Unit
Furuno 4 KW radar (usually on offshore)
2 - Northstar 6001 GPS Chartplotters (one at nav station, one in cockpit)
Sirius Weather receiver
Icom VHF at Nav station w/ full function remote in cockpit
Mastervolt Inverter/Charger (on standby)

Night Lights - florescent in rear head; and one on galley counter
Nav Station light - occasional incandescent
Nav Lights - LED
Two Electric Lewmar 66's (various numbers ascribed) - 3 speed electric winches -- used for jib and spinnaker trimming underway (except when raising the main or reefing.)
