Where the job sits on the skill/labor spectrum counts

I'm more likely to hire it out if it requires highly specialized knowledge/skill or tools, or if it's a large job needing unskilled labor. I'm more likely to take on the smaller jobs I can do myself. Fortunately the bell curve puts many of the tasks in the middle.

- The mechniacal and electrical things you "should" be alble to do only depends on your sailing area.
