Look at the boat and inspect IT. I think there are MUCH MORE important issues if you want some suggestions and observations that mean something here:

What type of boat, who made it and when, which model, etc.? How many owners? Was the boat raced or chartered during this period? Who maintained the power plant and systems during this period of time? When was the engine rebuilt and for what reasons? What upgrades have been made and when and by whom?
