If I had a boat that size, I'd sure like an electric windlass. I've had the pleasure of repeatedly (3 or 4 times in quick succession) hauling anchor (35# CQR on all chain rode) on a similarly sized boat (thanks to a skipper with exceptional judgement when selecting a place to lower the hook). That got old *real* quick.

In comparison, hauling a 3/8" nylon rode with 17' of 3/8" chain and an 11# anchor is a snap on my boat. I could do that all day long if need be and nary break a sweat. It keeps the sailing fun.
