But the chain sizing for the gypsy on slspares seems odd. I have 5/16" chain on my current gypsy on the Seatiger windlass. However, the two wildcats they sell are chain only (12mm, which is nearly 1/2": .47 of an inch) and rope/chain (10mm, which is .39 of an inch, or a little over 3/8"). Neither is close to 5/16".

I'd better double check my chain size and other dimensions on my existing gypsy. Strange...assuming the rope/chain gypsy would fit on my windlass, I suppose I could just use thicker diameter chain, and go a bit shorter (i.e., same weight as 200 feet of 5/16"). Hmm...
