two chain hooks, one on 10 ft line and one about 25 ft.
(We ahve used the combination to rescue another boat with a broken electric windlass. I recknon they anyone relying on an electric windlass should have the two hooks as a backup)
We have 130 ft chain and 600 ft rope spliced to it.
We normally bring the rope in with a halyard winch, hook the chain and put it on the gypsy. (We have Anderesen 52's so a fair bit of pull)
The rope drum on the 555 is poor. Ours was beatifully (but uselessly) chromed when we bought it. We had that sandblasted off before we installed it.
