() convinces me even more going to Marelon completely is the right choice - through hull, seacock and tailpiece. Metal fittings from different manufacturers or even different casting runs will not be the same, identical alloy and therefore will have some galvonic action between them. The only way to be sure is to avoid metal altogether.
