I wonder if the CG in this area even has the right resources...
Back when a CG boatman ran into another boat at the Xmas boat parade, it sure appeared as though the local station was undermanned, undertrained, and had a really young crew. I wonder what sort of training and forensic experience they can bring to bear on a case like this.
