people die using jacklines
In Response To: I have the same impression about jacklines ()
A few years ago a guy in the ARC was on jacklines, fell over and drowned before the crew could stop the boat and haul him back aboard. I think I'd rather have a Lifetag, small flare and radio.
Jon mentioned putting 1 jackline down the middle of the boat and a tether too short to be sucked under the boat. Sounds better to me.
