I lived in LA for awhile back in the 70's, and had the pleasure of once crewing in the LA-Mazatlan Race, and then doing The Bash on a different boat being delivered back home... A challenging trip, for sure, and the only one made by RH that would have likely given her crew a taste of what they would likely encounter during the course of their Pacific Puddle Jump... But Charlotte and 2 year old Cora weren't along for that ride, of course...
