"We" is a group that detest's the Kaufmans. I'm not in that group.

I'll keep an open mind and stay out of the group, if you don't mind. 
Interesting, actually. Outside of reception performance(no guarantees), does the phone company have any responsibility in their OP in a situation like this? A suit like this could take years and we may never hear the outcome.
