() I believe the Kuafman's did just about everything they could do during the emergency but abandoning the boat at the end was on his dime. Once his family was safe he could have single handed his boat to a safe harbor. He might have caught hell from his wife for leaving her stuck with a sick kid but as they say "take it like a man". Ok ,so I couldn't keep completely out of the diacusison .
