Then I won't feel implicated. I don't like feeling posse-ed up for someone else's crusade. 
I'm surprised you don't see any question in this news article posted. If the accusation is true, and the provider cut a user off with their operating proccedure. Not a big deal usually, but if somebody took a loss, and that was easily preventable?
I'm with Doug, I bet this will get the attention of providers of similar services. That's probably a good thing.
