So a business can decide it's liability, just by putting it in the fine print?

Being a self employed businessman my whole life, that's great news! I can leave someones building opened up to a monsoon, and have no responsibility. Nice!

No need of the court system and a jury to decide what my liability is, I determine it!

Just a legal reading of my fine print. "It says right here, on page 949, if he leaves your building open to the weather to go to a more important project, the owner deals with the consequences."

Sweet! An no more liability insurance premiums!
