Must be frustrating to see the "all lawyers are,..." generalization mire what's going on here.

My group, "builders" does not have a stellar reputation, but no group, as large and diverse as the legal field is, gets such a mindless generalizing, as 'lawyers'. 
And jumping on that cliche', is missing the point; a service providers liability when they intentionally shut off a client as standard OP.
If that is their OP, would you buy a plan from them and head out into the Pacific?
