i removed a non working grunert compressor and have been toying with replacing it with a cold or super cold machine. up until now, i've used frozen white orange juice bottles filled w/water. works fine for 4 or 5 days, then either drink the water or add to my tank and go to ice. now, i'm working on going south. i enjoy cooking, so for the most part, fridge food helps. i know Beth/Evans are fridge free and crusing.
