How much power you are going to be prepared to produced. A frig is on all the time. The size of the box, insulation,your pattern of use, where you're sailing, how much freezer, etc. will make that a major load consideration.

Your equivalent of 100-200 Amp Hours of 12V power is not going to go very far.

It's a pretty steep slippery slope.
